Account Manager – Lab & Product (Thailand & Vietnam)
Role Purpose:

Drive sales of Lab & Production test solutions in Thailand and Vietnam.

Manage existing accounts and develop new business across service providers, enterprises, and key industry verticals.

Act as the key interface between customers, partners, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets.
-
Manage relationships with key customers, channel partners, and system integrators.
-
Identify new business opportunities and build strong sales pipelines.
-
Work closely with pre-sales, solution engineering, and support teams to deliver customer success.

Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates.

Represent Viavi at customer meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Key Requirements:

Strong technical understanding of:
-
Familiar with the entire technology ecosystem: photonics, ICs, modules, IP/software, NEMs, contract manufacturers, service providers, and cloud players.

Proven track record in sales/account management in telecom/ICT/optical networking industries.

Ability to cover Thailand and Vietnam markets (regional travel required).
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable in a matrix/global environment. | |
