JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and pursue new customer leads and business opportunities within the Thailand coatings industry.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to grow the business.

Collaborate with internal teams (technical, supply chain, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for strategy refinement.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide regular updates on account status and sales activities.

Keep abreast with the industry trends, competitors’ activities and emerging technologies to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Ensuring on-time collection and maintain healthy cash flow for the accounts/business.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Proven track record in sales, with a focus on project management and relationship building.

Commitment to service excellence and determination to excel in a demanding, target driven environment.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in achieving sales goals.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the building materials or façade industry.

Preferred candidates will have existing contacts with spray PVDF applicators, façade contractors, architects, and façade consultants.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English. The ability to speak in other local languages would be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in preparing impactful sales presentations.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel for business development activities. | |
