We are partnering with a global technology leader (confidential) to find a Director of Business Development to lead their Fiber Optics Production & Lab Test Division—a rapidly expanding business supporting cutting-edge AI and next-gen communications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional and global business development strategies.

• Lead market expansion, customer engagement, and new product adoption initiatives.

• Drive design wins and secure new customer logos in Southeast Asia and globally.

• Collaborate closely with R&D and Sales to shape product direction based on market intelligence.

• Lead sales enablement, channel training, and customer success initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

• 15–20 years’ experience in Business Development or Product Line Management in test & measurement or related fiber optic technology sectors.

• Strong understanding of fiber optics in lab and production environments.

• Knowledge of AI, data center, and telecom supply chains is a plus.

• Engineering/Physics degree required; MSc/MBA preferred.

• Excellent communication skills in English; open to international travel up to 50%.
