Role Summary: This role acts as the technical liaison between the data centre environment and Oracle's technology teams. You will handle hardware support, server installations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure optimization within a high-performance and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Rack/stack servers, manage cables, and handle cooling/electrical systems

Replace failed components (hard drives, DIMMs, switches, cables, etc.)

Troubleshoot network and server issues, perform OS installations and patching

Support infrastructure standardization and documentation

Collaborate across teams for 2nd-level technical support
Requirements:

Hands-on data centre experience and strong Linux knowledge

Familiarity with networking, server hardware, and structured cabling

Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset

English proficiency is required, as the role involves documentation and communication with internal teams | |
