Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with company offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to optimize service offerings and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients and partners.

  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business prospects.

  • Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and strategies to management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while executing business development activities.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology, industrial manufacturing, or electronics industry.

  • Strong knowledge of market trends, business strategy, and sales techniques.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

  • Fluency in English and Thai is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel as required.
