Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and partnerships.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring alignment with company offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to optimize service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with potential clients and partners.

Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business prospects.

Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and strategies to management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while executing business development activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the technology, industrial manufacturing, or electronics industry.

Strong knowledge of market trends, business strategy, and sales techniques.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English is perferred, Mandarin would be plus
