About the Role:
As a Supply Chain Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing critical, multi-disciplinary projects that span regions and teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and analyzing purchase requisitions.
• Coordinating supply chain operations with manufacturing, engineering, and planning teams.
• Developing strategies for cost-effective sourcing and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborating with suppliers to meet production and new product introduction (NPI) schedules.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Supply Chain.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years working with contract manufacturers.
• Expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and procurement management for large-scale operations.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
