Position : Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager – Sales & Business Development Reporting To: Managing Director Work Location: Ayutthaya, Thailand
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies for long-term market expansion and profitable growth.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensure high customer satisfaction, and manage high-value negotiations.
- Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, cultivating a motivational culture.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and innovations.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor sales metrics, and ensure budget realization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales efforts with other departments like Engineering, Production, and Finance for seamless operations.
- Business Development: Explore and penetrate new markets, form strategic alliances, and drive partnerships.
- Pricing Strategy: Optimize pricing models for competitiveness and profitability.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with legal standards, mitigate risks, and protect the company's brand integrity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, particularly in FMCG, Electrical/Electronics, or Medical Life Sciences industries.
- Knowledge of Injection Molding or Thermoforming is advantageous.
- Strong English communication skills; Japanese is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
