Responsibilities:

Raw materials Demand & Supply planning and Execution

Collaborating with Suppliers to ensure ON-TIME-IN-FULL (OTIF)
-
Execute PO issuing and billings confirmation with suppliers and finance team.
-
Manage Raw Material stock at the company level and develop communication plan /direction to demand and supply team.
-
Involve in New Product implementation projects and leads on RMs demand/supply planning to ensure OTIF is achieved.

Perform POs tracking and all necessary tracking of Product information (BOM,etc) both in the system and physical
-
Collaborate with Designer, Suppliers Warehouse
Qualification & Experiences
-
Experience in procurement, logistics or supply chain field
-
Problem Solving skill / Critical thinking
-
Understanding of how PR/PO flow works
Proven in analytical plannings

Handful with excel or google sheet

Good in communication and like to negotiate

Be organised at work and keep recording activities
