Duties and responsibilities

-        Sales job as a salesperson

o   Present the brand and products and arrange the demo and training to the customers.

o   Solve problems and meet the requirements of customers.

o   Offer, Negotiate and close the deal.

-        Managing job as a leader in the sales team

o   Make the sales strategy and annual / monthly sales plan

o   Give the coaching and assistance to the sales staff persons to achieve their budget

o   Guide and assist the sales staff persons to solve the problems and meet customer’s requirements.

o   Screen and conduct an interview for recruiting new staff.

o   Give products and sales training to the new sales staff persons.

o   Report the result, problem and solution related to sales, staff and customers.

o   Leads to create the sale materials such as the catalog or presentation.

-        Assistant job for marketing

o   Arrange and conduct the sales events as a workshop or seminar.

o   Check and provide the information, competitor information and market trend.

o   Create the idea for promotion and advertisement.

Qualification

-        Female, Thai nationality, age 32-45 years old

-        Bachelor degree or higher related to marketing or business.

-        Have following experience for similar international brands as Loreal, Wella, Kerastase, Millbon, Schwarzkopf.

-        More than 5 years’ experience to do the things same as the column (A) in Job description

-        More than 3 years’ experience to do the things same as the column (B) in Job description in the hair industry.

-        Have experience in the hair industry

-        Good command of English in writing and speaking

-        Skill of problem solving, idea creation, logical thinking, presentation and negotiation.

-        Passionate, patient, challenging and responsible.
