Job Description:
- Business Partnering: Develop strong relationships with department heads and senior management to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and support.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Talent Management: Partner with leadership to identify talent gaps and develop strategies for recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Organizational Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement organizational development initiatives, including training, career development, and change management.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching managers on effective performance feedback.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Skills:
