We are now seeking to hire two additional support staff to work at our Ram Intra office.

Responsibilities:

• Answering Thai and English customer support tickets and calls

• Verification new customer information and identification

• Information gathering tasks and general personal assistant task assignments

Skills required:

• Fluent English language both spoken and written (interview will be in English)

• Friendly and customer oriented

• Good computer usage skills (email, web browsing, MS office etc…)

Experience:

• Education: Minimum bachelors degree.

• Work experience: Must have held a job with the same company for at least 2 years concurrently.

Hours:

• 09:30-18:30

Salary:

• 25,000 - 35,000 THB per month depending on skills/experience.
