- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years experience in HR Payroll and Administration
- Female, age 24-28 years old
- Have basic knowledge of Labor Law, Personal Tax , Social Security or any information concerning HR function
- Good negation skill
- Have service mind and ready to supported HR duty to everyone
- Excellent documents management
- Excellent in English (TOEIC 550)
- Good Computer skill
- Processing Time attendance record , Leave record, Over Time record etc.
- Responsible Employee benefit ex: social security , provident fund , group insurance etc.
- Preparing material for new employee , record and control employee asset ex: staff card , key, stomper etc.
- HR Database control , update , announcement every month
- Support Daily work of HR as assigned
- Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection
- Support Training program : prepare documentation, training material, training class room etc. - PR Company activity
