  • Responsible for handling (Ocean/Air Freight) both import & export transhipment, cross-border, customs clearance process, and regulations.
  • Preparing shipping documentation’s (MBL/HBL, MAWB/HAWB, CIPL, PO, COA) etc.
  • Handle booking process, confirmation of shipping documents, corrections, amendments, and issuance of final documentations and PRE-ALERTS.
  • To handle customer complaints and assist in handling daily communications and correspondence to external customer.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Present logistics solutions and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and work to ensure high levels of service quality.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely cargo shipments.
  • Coordinate with Finance to make sure Gross Profit and Billing process.
  • Monitor shipments and provide clients with real-time updates.
  • Resolve any logistical issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
  • Provide additional services beyond the call of duties.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is typically required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding logistics or transportation industry and customs regulations.
  • Strong customer service mind.
  • Strong knowledge of incoterm 2020.
  • Sales oriented with operational conscious.
  • Self-confident & good team player with positive working attitude.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic, structured, flexible, and ambitious.
  • Self-motivating.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, Cargo Wise, Microsoft Office suite, & LIMA is a plus.
  • Good team player
