Research Lab Coordinator and Support Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

- Have a good understanding of IT support/help desk systems.

- Work closely with support team and end user with existing technical support experience.

- Support Project Manager and team to deliver assigned project

- Proactive approach to handling issues and troubleshooting of any emerging problems and

collaborate with other teams to resolve such issues on hands

- Responsible for project documentations and reports

- Ability to oversee project independently

- Coordinate with internal and external parties in order to deliver the work

- Provide data support and analyze meaningful insights for the assigned project

- Track and manage budget for the assigned project

- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Age 21 - 35, Male or Female, Thai Nationality only

- Good command in English

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field

- Be able to travel and handle on-field task

- Have a driving license and can drive upcountry

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables

- Ability to work under pressure

- A team player with leadership skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills

- Exceptional people skills/ problem-solving skills
