· To support for customer in application of some software product
· Take an active part in design, implementation and maintenance of Frontline’s Software products – CAM & Engineering
· Escalate, communicate and provide feedback to Headquarter on customer product issues and come up with solution to resolve problem on a timely manner
· Achieve very high standard of customer satisfaction through delivering professional support and other related services.
· Independently perform a variety of on-site application and training services to customers
· Support Thailand customers or within SEA area
· Need oversea travel (by request, but not for now)
· Must own a car and valid driving license
· Software and OS, Windows, Linux, Unix, scripting (Option)
· Knowledge of PCB manufacturing
· Excellent command of spoken and written English and local language.
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines; IT background or software application graduated.
