Responsibility:

  • Serve customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Maintain pricelist
  • Order entry
  • Check product availability
  • Coordination with Supply Chain for products availability
  • Arrange shipment
  • Issue correct shipping documentation
  • Solicit pending payments
  • Support Sales Manager
  • Supply various documentation to customers
  • Contribute to resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem

Qualification:

  • Male or Female, Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field
  • 2 — 4 years working experience in industrial customer services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good listening skill
  • Result oriented, accurate and open minded
  • Preferred experience with SAP (SD)
  • Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software and applications
