RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that all import shipment get benefit of FTA (Free Trade Agreement) for Duty saving
• Manage and control Import & Export Operations following the Customs Law & Regulations
• Control, monitor, follow-up Duty Refund cases (600K USD per year)
• Control, monitor 3PL and freight forwarders regarding on time customs clearance process and delivery (daily basis)
• Coordinate with overseas vendor for plan shipment arrival, shipping documents, FTA Applications for Duty saving
• Coordinate with SCM, Marketing, Sales Department to ensure product available on time for RTF Sales plan
• Manage accuracy of Item Master, HS Code & Duty Tariff rate maintained in system Collect and check correctness of Import Declaration, Duty & Vat Payment and submit to Accounting Department
• Monitor Daily On time Goods Receipt and find out the solution plan for improvement
• Prepare Daily / Weekly Inbound Forecast Report to all concern parties
• Prepare and update Monthly Duty Refund Report to all concern parties
• Perform various other assignments as requested

REQUIREMENTS:

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
• At least 5 years solid experience in Import and Export Operations & Customs field
• High Responsibility, Good Attitude, Service-minded, Self-Motivated, and Well-Organized
• Handle Operations related matters with multiple tasks, set work priorities with effectively, and good problem solving skill
• Knowledge in Import License ie, TISI License, NBTC License and FTA (Free Trade Agreement) will be an advantage
• Strong coordination skill and good in documentary handling
• Excellent in computer literacy and Presentation skill
• Strong written and verbal communication skill in Thai and English is required
