JOB SCOPE : • Schedule regular meetings and appointments • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders • Track and report expenses, timesheet, and predict future costs • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements • Act as the point of contact for all project team members • Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials • Assist project manager in all administration functions and processes • Ensure that projects are run in compliance with Accenture standard
QUALIFICATIONS • Experience in project admin, project coordinator, personal assistant, or similar role • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Proactive, multi-tasking, organized, and detailed-oriented • Thai speaker with excellent command of English both written and spoken | |
