- Develop test programs for customer projects.
- Develop customized application / software tools to meet customer requirement.
- Work closely with customers to understand and respond to their needs and requirements to achieve customer satisfaction
- Provide on site customer support, solve application related issue, gather customer feedback and report to engineering.
- Conduct on site and in house training.
- Escalates service problem and takes ownership of problem until it is resolved
- Thai nationality
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering with good electronics knowledge.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience preferably with customer support exposure.
- Good working knowledge in language based programming environment.
- Experience in In Circuit Test ( ICT ) Development will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical skill and practical problem solving.
- Good communication skill, proficient in communication in English.
- Willing to travel.
- Pro-active, team player, meticulous with ability to work independently and under pressure
- Be able to based in Bang Pa-In, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya
