· Monitor and control performance of outsource contractors i.e. housekeeping, messengers, etc. as per standard requirements.
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
· Maintain proper function of all equipment inside meeting rooms & offices and if required get it fixed in advance.
· Control and support for any administrative tasks within the organization.
· Monthly Report, Expense management - keep track of invoices and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping
· Coordinate with suppliers, service providers and vendors
· Manage, Control and monitor all administrative processes.
· Oversee and Maintenance all facilities services, maintenance activities etc.
· Performs other duties as required or assigned and deals with matters arising in a timely and effective manner.
· Handle any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
