HR Manager (Recruiting / Training)

This individual contributor role, you will be reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Country Managing Director. You’ll be responsible for leading the complete employee lifecycle for Thailand office (primary) and partner with business leaders to ensure the HR goals and objectives are effectively implemented in your country


  1. Attract and maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, interviewing program, and reference and background checks; counseling managers on candidate selection
  2. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, and internet sites, apart from employment agencies
  3. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites
  4. Review and improve the employee handbook, consisting of all people & talent policies and procedures
  5. Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
  6. Proactively identify business and people needs in Thailand and implement effective solutions
  7. Lead the implementation of a high impact employee experience strategy which focuses on seamless on-boarding, retention and off-boarding of all employees
  8. Effectively resolve employee relations issues and help foster an effective, productive, progressive manager/employee work environment
  9. Contribute in the design of a robust & standard performance management framework for the company and lead its seamless implementation in Thailand
  10. Take lead on the learning needs assessment for Thailand and designing an effective learning calendar

Requirements :

  1. You have earned a bachelor’s degree in business/HR from a reputable institution
  2. You have 4-7 years of relevant HR experience with at least 3 years focus on recruitment in Thailand
  3. You are collaborative and have proven ability to build and sustain high performing relationships, both locally and regionally
  4. You are curious, hungry and are committed to bringing innovation and continuous improvement
  5. You are able to strike an unmatched balance between business requirements and people needs; You care!
  6. You are familiar with HR reporting (with experience analysing and presenting findings) and reports back to the business as well as tracking and disseminating key HR data
  7. You have exceptional communication skills, ability to influence and articulate a variety of issues to different audiences, tailoring messages accordingly
  8. You are detail oriented and take pride in your execution capabilities
  9. You have good command in English, both written & spoken
