Responsibility:

·         Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

·         Monitor and respond effectively to request received thought the IT helpdesk.

·         Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

·         Document internal procedures.

 

Qualification:

·         Male / Female.

·         Age not over 30 years old.

·         Bachelor ‘s Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

·         Minimum one-year experience in Help Desk Technician or other customer service role.

·         Knowledge in basic computer skills [MS word, Excel, PowerPoint]

·         Knowledge in computer hardware.
